Guest guest
Great new, ! Glad you rec'd CLX in a timey fashion - and like the looks of it already. I hope it's great for you! I'll be doing an abridged rotation of CLX myself in Aug/Sept. Happy Burn, Push, and Lean! Sara > > Woohoo! Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, Definately don't stress about tweaking the rotation - it is YOUR workout, not Chalene's! Donna> Woohoo! Guest guest
Thanks Cola Pop! I've seen people using this series all sorts of ways, so do what you need to do, and make it fun for you. I did the first one this morning. I felt great during the workout, and was thinking that I hadn't challenged myself. Boy was I wrong. It's different enough from what I've been doing that I know feel wiped out. I'm even stating to get sore already!!!! I'm not usually good at challenges and rotations, but I enjoyed the workout immensely. I'm going to give it my best effort. > A. M. wrote: >> Woohoo!
