Guest guest
there is no doubt that changing your eating habits will improve your health -- and perhaps lower your need for insulin -- another interesting piece of information is that Aloe Vera has been found to REVERSE Type II diabetes in many cases - there are so many variables involved, like folks say, there's really no 100% -- but it works well enough that the phase 1 trials of seeing IF something in Aloe Veara works is over because yes, something in Aloe Vera does work -- the studies are now concentrated on finding out what the component(s) are. Just go to PubMed (google it and it will be in the NLM - National Library of Medicine " then search for 'Aloe vera' AND 'diabetes' -- and just skim the very last few lines - that's where they tell you what the outcome is. At worst it will do nothing, at best, combined with a bit of exercise and a better diet, you can at worst lower you insulin intake and at best stop all together -- but it takes months, not days. Most of what you read will be people looking for the reason it works, read farther back when they were doing the initial studies, and you'll see that many point to a reversal or partial reversal of diabetes (type II). Brand " Lilly of The Valley " - whole leaf juice - start at once ounce AM/PM and increase at about two week intervals - you'll want either their brown glass bottles - light and oxygen break the photopolysacarides that are thought to carry the active parts apart and render it useless - LIlly of the Valley (with whom I have no relationship other than consumer) has white plastic bottles made from multiple layers of may different laminated 'plastics' (used in a generalized concept) and a few of them are DESIGNED to keep oxygen from migrating in and out of the bottle though the 'plastic' -- though I would imagine you can use any brown glass bottle. It is dose dependent - meaning that the more you do the better it gets (within reason). The side effect is that you can get lose stools if you up your intake too fast -- not diarrhea, just soft stools - so go slow. I generally do a couple of ounce swig in the AM before my coffee, a short swig at noon, and another good couple of ounce swig at night. It boosts your immune system, will slow initial healing but makes up for the first slow hearing at the back end by moving faster through wound healing stages, helps prevent scaring, boosts an amazing number of the parts of your immune system, and is also a very good anti-inflammatory. -- among other things -- it also helps repair damage to the liver and perhaps kidneys, though ONE study shows that too much (measure by mg/kg body weigh which I don't recall) MAY shrink the size of your kidneys, though only one study, about five years old now, showed that, I have not seen it replicated. Just start out slow -- a lot of people find the taste very odd, and detest the 'gel' form - so now I just recommend the whole leaf juice -- price is generally between $5-$8 per quart. -- and when I called them they knew as much about the current research as I did, and I've been following it for about 25+ years or do. And they were VERY friendly when I called a few times with questions-- SO - feel free to call them if you have questions -- they are not hippie slouches! -- I was amazed that the person I spoke to knew the most current AND nearly all the older studies -- good folk. but you do have to keep it from sunlight, heat, and oxygen -- it sounds exactly like it should be kept in a refer with the cap on tight! Just an input on an off-but-related-topic. I once heard that the unheralded and much studied drugs of the 20th century are the manufacture of Aspirin (ASA), Green Tea (better for you hot than cold), and Aloe Vera if you get it in brown glass bottles or special laminated 'plastics'. - pg --

Guest guest
i just ordered 6 bottles of aloe vera juice from Amazon prime. Should be here Wednesday. i am going to defeat my health problems or die trying. My only problem now is getting a small glass bottle to carry my noontime dose in. I just watched a video on Dr Mercola about a health machine called the Power Plate. i am positive this machine would relieve my pain from neuropathy; but i have neither the space nor the money to get one. However, God continually blesses me, so i have great hopes to restore my health. Restore? Ha! i have never had good health. But that is going to change. in my old age i am going to reach my genetic potential and have good health i never had in youth. Guest guest
The power plate is FABULOUS....my gym has one, but I wanted one for home use. I found the SUNNY CRAZY FIT which works on the same concept. It is very small, compact, but very powerful-I love it! http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40 & _trksid=p5197.m570.l1313 & _nkw=sunny+cra\ zy+fit & _sacat=See-All-Categories  Mine doesn't have the handlebars-I ordered the one without so I can use it sitting down as well, but there is an option with or without. I don't know anything about these sellers-I got mine at a local store, but I listed the link to show you what I am talking about. > there is no doubt that changing your eating habits will improve your health -- and perhaps lower your need for insulin -- another interesting piece of information is that Aloe Vera has been found to REVERSE Type II diabetes in many cases - there are so many variables involved, like folks say, there's really no 100% -- but it works well enough that the phase 1 trials of seeing IF something in Aloe Veara works is over because yes, something in Aloe Vera does work -- the studies are now concentrated on finding out what the component(s) are. > > Just go to PubMed (google it and it will be in the NLM - National Library of Medicine " then search for 'Aloe vera' AND 'diabetes' -- and just skim the very last few lines - that's where they tell you what the outcome is. Guest guest
Do you have access to a rebounder? They are wonderful for moving lymph in the system and relieving pain. I don't mean jumping like crazy high and doing kicks and stuff, just a simple low key bounce works for a few minutes a day. At first your feet don't even have to leave the rebounder or just ever so slightly so. Another key to regaining health is to eliminate all dairy products from your diet ... all of them. It's amazing how much better people feel with just this first simple step. Good luck on your road to great health!! terry > > there is no doubt that changing your eating habits will improve your > health -- and perhaps lower your need for insulin -- another interesting > piece of information is that Aloe Vera has been found to REVERSE Type II > diabetes in many cases - there are so many variables involved, like folks > say, there's really no 100% -- but it works well enough that the phase 1 > trials of seeing IF something in Aloe Veara works is over because yes, > something in Aloe Vera does work -- the studies are now concentrated on > finding out what the component(s) are. > > > > Just go to PubMed (google it and it will be in the NLM - National Library > of Medicine " then search for 'Aloe vera' AND 'diabetes' -- and just skim the > very last few lines - that's where they tell you what the outcome is.
