Janou,

I started the BFL on Monday. A modified version though. I'm not THAT strict

with my diet but I also added more aerobics. I do my weights and then add 30

minutes cardio after that and on non weight days I do an advanced Taebo tape and

I try to add in some extra abs here and there. I've done the weight workouts a

few times before I started the challenge...so I'll warn you. Even if you have

done weights before expects some DOMS.
