Hey Melody, how many days does it usually take for your 3 part salad mix to be

done sprouting? I am on day 4 right now and I don't know but they don't seem

like they are ready to be done yet. How do you tell when they are ready, they

still seem kinda smallish to me. Also, once they are done, do I leave them

uncovered to make them green. Thanks.
