Beginning Sprouter-- average temp in home 81F

Hi!

I am new to sprouting but I am so excited to become proficient. My first problem

is, I am using an Easy Sprout, but the average temperature in my home is 80 or

so, I can't change that.

I am unsure about when sprouts are ready, as far as mixes. I have a broccoli,

alfalfa and radish blend. I didn't know if there were any tips about when to

harvest in regards to mixes, so my crop doesn't spoil. I had 3 crops spoil. I

don't want to lose the growth time but I don't want to sacrifice the entire

crop. Suggestions?
