I may not have that much Christmas spirit but I certainly wanted to wish all of

you a very Happy Holiday. I bet you are all baking lots of cookies and making

pies and cooking your little fannies off.

I have 6 trays of sprouts going. And I have some Kai Choy on my stove nicely

simmering. Alan won't go near this but I have some every night. I love MY

GREENS!! lol

Anyway, Merry Merry and all that to everyone. I have a Christmas video that Alan

and I made. I'll put it up on this thread in a few moments.
