He has discovered one of the world's healthiest meals and made it for the Sunrise team. Ingredients300g of any white fish (cut into cubes) Half a cup of white wine Splash of olive oilOne whole lemon One whole lime One punnet of cherry tomatoesLeaves of spinach, fennel or bok choy MethodPlace spinach leaves in the bottom of a microwave dish. Splash some olive oil and the wine over the top. Place cut fish on top of the spinach and cook in the microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes. Hope you are, and all other bandits, are enjoying their public holiday. Does anyone know what this public holiday is for (not that i'm complaining........lol)?!
