there may be more than one in your area. You can email the chapter leader

and ask for a list of local resources and info.

On the website homepage <http://www.westonaprice.org/> there's a link to

short videos demonstrating all sorts of traditional food preparation,

they're really helpful.

The WP annual conference is in November in Santa Clara, CA, if that's

within your travel range you would really enjoy the seminars,

demonstrations, and visiting the vendors.
