Guest guest Posted May 2, 2004 Report Share Posted May 2, 2004 drink regular soda again and noticed a bit of a belly trying to form. anyone ever notice the effects of soda, sugar, and hi fructose corn syrup, on the belly? did you stop and start drinking water and did it help? or what? First of all my friend, why drink that crap anyway. I have always been an advocate not to take anything or at least really curtail ingesting large amounts of high fructose corn syrup. Try drinking water, that's a start. Iced tea is my choice because of the antioxidants and the taste; with no sweetener. That's life; if you want to have a belly well go ahead and eat french fries and donuts. Its your choice. Also watch the ingredients in jams and jellies. Buy the natural ones with only sugar. (Yes Mr Brewii will say its the same, well its not) Try to buy imports at Cost Plus they only use natural products. Also watch the microwave popcorn. Make your own. And work out several times a week.
