Guest guest
Hi!The purpose of the ball is to provide an un-even surface to challenge your "balance" muscles/responses. I'm guessing that if you don't feel challenged by the ball your balance is very good! I'm not sure what could be "wrong" w/ your form w/out seeing it, though. HTH!Donna Subject: Stability ball questionTo: exercisevideos Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2009, 11:22 AM I've been using a stability ball with My Fitness Coach on the Wii, but I've yet to figure out why the ball is better than doing the exercises on the floor. Is there a certain technique to laying on the ball or what you should be feeling as you do the exercise?
