Guest guest Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 Hi. Very simple. Before you go to bed, put the seeds in a mason jar. Cover with water (I put the water to 3/4 in the mason jar, so they have lots of water to germinate). Go to bed. Get up in the morning. Drain the seeds, put them wherever you will be sprouting them. Rinse a few times very well, Drain very well. And because I use the round green trays all I have to do is stack them. Couldn't be easier. Go to sproutpeople.org and check out his videos, also information for each seed for sprouting or just soaking. ew Broccoli and other Brassicas Can you tell me how long you soak your broccoli and other brassicas for sprouting.
