It was a CT clinic in Madison and the PT's name was . She was so awesome with Gunner and by the end of the appt. I had to give her a hug. She spent at least 1 1/2 hrs with us showing me simple stuff that I would have never done with him on my own. Anyone who is just starting out I really recomend you getting to a PT ASAP. basically informed me that Gunner does not have tort and he does have full range of motion. (wow, mom very excited!) Developmentally and his growth are all great. She could tell that I had been working with him and that we were ahead of the game. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU! I took all of your information each day and it has helped me so much I could never repay you. You are all awesome. Mainly we need to do strengthening with Gunner. She was not too concerned about his ear alignment or the minor bossing of the forehead. The flattening on his head will not get any worse she feels but does not know that it will improve much. When asked if they have put bands on heads shaped like his she said yes but did not go into it much. We will try this strengthening for 6-8 weeks. For now we are opting the band is not for us, but will not rule out completely. I have noticed that his head has had some improvement with the positioning we are doing. This morning while I got ready for work he played on his Tummy for a good 15 minutes. He would have never done that 3 weeks ago. It takes time but if you really work with them you can help your child along way. had my son doing things I just never would have thought of. If anyone has more questions please ask??? I also feel the Travel Bud for side sleeping and the Butterfly pillow from Snuglbuds has helped us tremendously in only 1 1/2 weeks. Thanks again all of you! Is one muscle tight and the other stretched allowing head to tilt? We opted not to do the second DOC Band. had such a funky shaped head. We saw some correction. I would say I am somewhat happy with the results. We are doing the craniosacral message in La Crosse, WI. A person who worked on me about three years ago is also trained in cs message. She had a lot of cool stuff to tell on different people she has seen. Hasn't done a lot of infants. I guess the touch is so soft it should hopefully just relax him to sleep. When she did my messages she was wonderful. I completely trust her hands, they are great. I currently see some else for messages that charges half otherwise I would see her. We also had to get a referral from our family doctor since she is licensed. Be prepared for that if you want to check one out. I'll keep both tort and plag site posted on how it goes. I emailed her pictures of but she hasn't written back anything yet. Here is a web site for you to look at. More if interested in surfing the net. CranioSacral Therapy Tammy & 12/8/

Gunner will then be 6 1/2 months old. I wouldn't have been getting pacified and then have a shocker thrown at me in 8 weeks? I would hope if his head was bad she would have encouraged you to band ASAP, especially at 6 1/2 months. You get some great growth spurts. We had too many! Is 's pictures in the files? Yes, under files, Tammy & . Have you heard anything about 's pictures? No, she was going on vacation. Wish I would but not surprised. She actually said she cannot even hardly use the computer. Her son would do it for her. Keep us posted on this massage stuff sounds like a good avenue to pursue. I will. Really excited! Having computer problems so have to wipe everything out and start over, GURRRRR! Will be out of commission for a day or so. , I also want to send you and article. Have to dig around for it on torticollis and muscle imbalance. I think he does have a tort. When I get a chance. Hey, you can always come down to La Crosse for a message and we can get together! Guest guest
Sue - I was just wondering: I am so much as ease now because the PT went so well. Do you think that even though there was conversation about the band and did not pursue it that she may recomend it after 6-8 weeks? She just kept leading me to believe I was way ahead of the game and also that his head wouldn't get worse but didn't know how much it could improve. Should I be taking that as a band probably wouldn't help much? Maybe I am just being paranoid because I have gotten so happy since the appt. and have excepted that he has a little misshaped head. Thanks for all your in put in the last 3 weeks. I'm sure that's why things are not as bad as I thought. Guest guest
: At your next appt. just ask straight out about the band. She will be honest with you.
