Storing garlic cloves...lasts for months!

Hi Melody,

I just keep my garlic bulbs in a small glass jar, with a lid, in the

refrigerator. It keeps the bulb fresh, doesn't dry out. It also keeps a bit of

moisture, but not too much that it goes bad. I just remove cloves as needed. I

have kept garlic this way for months, and it stays perfect! (Can you tell I

don't use it too often?)

The Walmart by me sells whole bulbs of organic garlic in one of those little

boxes. It's very good and fresh!
