As some of you will know, I had a fill about four weeks ago and now have 8ml in the band. Up until about last week I wasn't having any problems with the band, and stupid me thought that I was one of those lucky ones who could eat what they wanted, only smaller portions. Well that will teach me for being smug! Over the past week I have had problems. I can't eat bread anymore, whatsoever, chicken is giving my grief and last night, beef stir-fry made me absolutely miserable - as in a pb'd about 6 times until the pain/block went. To add insult to injury, those bl!!dy scales are still sitting on 86.7kg. I seem to have trouble mainly with my breakfasts and dinner, but for some strange reason lunch doesn't give me grief!!! So for the next couple of days I'm going to take it very easy on myself and just eat mush. My question to you wise ones is this - should i be thinking of getting some fill out? The fact that I have pb' a number of times in this past week is worrying me (i'm terrified of a slip). Sorry for the venting.
