Guest guest Posted June 11, 2011 Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 Melody, peal the eggs. Put them in your containers. Fill the container with water and add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar. There will be a slight vinegary taste, but they will store very well this way. I do this and add cooked and diced beets. Yummy. You can add cucumber slices and/or chili peppers.
