The Balance?

I am just not finding a balance.

Grrr, I am really struggling today. I want my calories to be under 1,000 and I want my carbs to be fewer than 20 for the day. I can do one or the other but not both. I know when you are doing Atkins you don't count calories, but then how do I gear my exercise so that it exceeds my calorie intake to be sure that I am going to start burning those kilos. Oh I just need today to be over so I can curl up in my doona and dream of being 70kg, on the beach in Hawaii.

So my lunch of prawn soup – blended was okay until I put some chutney in from an Atkins perspective. But if I look at it from the calorific perspective the chutney was lowest in fat and calories, but highest in carbs. Might have to go one or the other. Banging head against the wall from frustration and shoulder tip pain.
