Boy garlic will really extend your life. The Russians used it to good

advantage in treating the wounded in WWII because they had no antibiotics,

hence the nickname " Russian penicillin " for garlic. It is a powerful natural

germ killer - and no danger of anaphylactic shock or other dangerous side

effects like with man made pharmaceuticals. Also does wonders in cucumbers

with other health issues.

We eat it raw in my house. Cooked garlic often makes me sick.

You would think I walk around smelling like garlic but I never do and neither

does my husband.

consume the garlic or do you rub it on the wounds? Sorry if this sounds dumb but

I would like to know.

Both. I think it might be better if it were extracted in olive oil. Put

several cloves of garlic into a cup of olive oil and simmer for a while.

Strain and then use the oil on the infection. You can eat it however you

please. If you boil a chicken UNTIL THE BONES ARE SOFT which is way past the

done stage of commercial soups, you release the interferon from the marrow

of the bones, a heavy duty virus fighter and you should eat the chicken and

drink the broth when ill. I am thinking some carrots and celery and onion

would improve the taste. What about garlic? Dunno. I know garlic is

gangbusters in tomato dishes like spaghetti sauce. I personally like garlic

in everything. Garlic bread YUM Garlic butter. Garlic Potatoes - oh my they

are good. How about roasted garlic? Delicious. As you can sew I am no cook

- just hungry.

I'll try to find it -- that was well over 20 years ago.
