Guest guest
Ok... try again as my last post went awol. I am not that clever Cherie! I buy it in a bottle at the greengrocer here in Wahroonga. It is a bit expensive at $10.00 approximately for 500ml... but that lasts for ages if used sparingly, which I do (even though I could drink it straight from the bottle). He is getting it in for me in the 1 lt bottle as that is much better value for money he tells me. I baked roma tomato's last weekend... halve the tomato's, sprinkle with Murray River Pink Salt and then a good dash of caramalised balsamic over them and roast till well cooked. I eat them just like that, but I know a friend who does them and then blends them with a small amount of vege stock and makes a light soup which she serves cold. They are delicious, so much so that I might have them tonight with the lamb backstrap and snags.
