Guest guest
Mimi this sounds delicious but oh so healthy - LOL. I put yoghurt and honey with my fruit salad mix and throw in almonds and chopped dates which go all runny and gooey. Not sure I'm going to be able to do this anymore. I think I had problem with the strawberries the other days because they were cold and I couldn't chew them to swallow. Preband I wouldn't to much more than just swallow. For some reason (probably just in my head), if I went mad with the knife and cut it all up to pulp so I could literally just swallow, it actually tastes different - does that make sense. I also brought a dehydrator (??) a couple of years ago and I was drying banana, pineapple and mango - I could consume this until I exploded, but don't think I'm going to be doing that again in a hurry - what a bummer Ciao Cherie > > Hi guys, > > With the warmer days now here what I do is cut up a huge fruit sald and I > put in all kinds of fruit. I have about a dozen frozen fruit portions in the freezer. > > The kids are loving them also - > > cheers - Mimi >
