I hope we get some help on this one Klara.

My friend is a know it all and insists it's keen o wah from the

Indians but we've destroyed the correct pronunciation, etc.

It's the Quechua Indians from Peru/Ecuador/Bolivia. I went way up

into the Ecuadorian Andes and saw how they live. Amazing!

Yes on the containers they say it's pronounced as keen wa.

Christian explained it to me tonight. He said in the old times

words were more like a song and stuff so we basically destroyed how

it is supposed to sound. Could be possible. I've learned that most

of the stuff that seems out there he's right about.

Yes on the containers they say it's pronounced as keen wa.

Christian explained it to me tonight. He said in the old times

words were more like a song and stuff so we basically destroyed how

it is supposed to sound. Could be possible. I've learned that most

of the stuff that seems out there he's right about.

I would love the recipe for quinoa pilaf. Quinoa is sooooo good for you

to...lots of amino acids...sometimes called the perfect plant protein.
