Guest guest
Mel, I pretty sure that five or six years ago, you were doing bottled salad dressing. You were fortunately to have discovered sprouting. Like you, I tell every body I know and some I don't know. People have to want to listen. I have given away lots of seeds to get people started, I have been giving talks for 7 years now and I only know of one person that is sprouting out of all those that have heard me talk about it. My grandchildren come to my house and go crazy eating sprouts and digging carrots and picking tomatoes, but their parents - my own children - can't be bothered. I have three daughters that weigh over two hundred pounds. If I talk to them about their diets, they get mad. If I tell them that diabetes runs in the family, they get mad. If I can't convince my own children, how can I convince others? ew Re: Here's my new SproutGarden Kitchen EW: I'm hysterical. That you think I NEVER had that recipe. Well, not with Okra anyway. But the rest? Many times. Alan will eat anything I put in front of him as long as it's sweet. I am following your directions in storing the tomatoes. This afternoon, when I made my sprout salad, I took one of the smaller (regular sized) tomatoes. Added it to my salad and added garlic, and a dash of salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil. I do not know why most people do not eat this way. That they prefer BOTTLED salad dressing to this. OMG!!! Absolutely delicious. And I have to show you what I did with my sprout garden. I IMPROVED IT. I'm going to post a link in 5 minutes. You'll get such a kick Melody --- In
