I have the really high grade MSM, take it with meals for my joints (theyve been CREAKY), though I guess its also good for PST deficiency according to some sources. I don't feel WORSE, which was the goal, they think I have an autoimmune disorder attacking my joints and some other stuff. I don't feel like my tendons are going to snap at any given moment- hardly an autism thing-though it seems to have helped some of the tummy troubles too. Guest guest
I to take a supplement that is with glocosmine 1500 mg, and MSM 500 mg,and chondroitin 1200 mg, it is of to help me to some degrees in my hip and joint pains too. I to find can sleep some better beause my joints are not hurting so badly and it decreased the effects of my varicose viens when I to remember to take it regular. I to also take 2000-3000 mg of Omega 3's and a weight smart one a day vitamin and I to chew two gummys with extra calcium. I to limit dairy and bad carbs that turn to sugar rapidly such as potaotes and breads. I to try to limit my pastas too as the diabetes in my family is high and I to be learning much from a list called E diets. I to be learning more about healthy foods and things to avoid and why. I to also only cook with oils in high antioxidants oils like pure olive oils or virgin coconut oils and or saffflour oils. they to have a new oil I to explore with and it starts with a E (enolive?) and is some expensive but is used much in asian countries and has less fat absorbed and it does not alter the taste of foods much. but by taking things if I to do it and stay consistent I to find I to sleep by 1-3 hours longer than ever most nights now. my usual sleep pattern is 3-4 hours broken sleep with one hour maybe deep sleep. and then was up and felt most days much sleepy and iritable. Now I to be sleeping almost of 8 hours nightly and while still somedays waking sleepy but I to wake less achy and moody. I to not be a morning persons at all. I to feel most awake and creative at night time . Guest guest
Dear ,Welcome to the site. Although I did not have my surgery performed by Dr Ritchie, I have heard from many other people on this site, including my sister who is a dr., that Dr Ritchie is brilliant. I think the most important thing re choice of surgeon is that you have confidence in him/her. Best wishes LibbyOn 10/11/06, sweetielotus < mwood@...> wrote: Hi all - I'm new obviously. After having a read through many of your emails I'm starting to worry about whether I've chosen the right surgeon, right hospital, right price, etc. I went to see Dr Braniff at Sydney Institute for Obesity and I'm booked in for my lap band surgery on 30 Oct with Dr Ritchie at Sydney Private Hospital. I have private health insurance and I've been told it will cost $5,000 ($6,500 less rebates). I guess I'd just like reassurance about Dr Ritchie because I don't know anyone who's had this surgery before. Look forward to hearing from someone soon. Guest guest
Hi I was recently banded (20th Sept 06) by a surgeon on the Central Coast Dr Bill Munro. My outlay for the operation and first three years of follow up (including dietician, fills, excercise physilogist etc was only $3000. I am really happy with him and my dietician (haven't met the exercise physioligist yet) and I would highly recommend him. It just depends whether you are happy to travel and save on cost?? His website is www.centralcoastobesitysurgery.com.au. Check it out > > Hi all - I'm new obviously. My name's , I'm 50 and live in the > inner west.
