I still have about 50 pounds to lose. I am hoping

You'll get lots of motivation here, Melynda. Whenever I don't feel like

doing my workout I come on and read the mail, and by the end of it I am

raring to go. Welcome!

Melynda,

Welcome to the group! I'm sure if you stick with Tae-Bo you'll get

the results you're looking for. You've already discovered the best

benefit of Tae-Bo - " feeling great! " That one is my favorite! I've

been doing Tae-Bo for 18 months now, and I love how Tae-Bo makes me

feel. As far as motivation and information, this group is chock-full

of it! Best of luck in your new Tae-Bo journey!

Melynda,

Welcome to the group!! If you can't find the motivation from this group, than you won't find it anywhere!!! Seriously, the guys and gals here are great and have helped many people find motivation to do their workouts...

Hi ... I live in ville, NC right now. We are looking to

move in about a month or so. I will have to put my Taebo tapes in my

bag and take them with me wherever I go, so I can keep up with the

workout while traveling. I wonder how hard that is going to be. UGH!!

I won't have a computer for a while either YUK!! ;-)

Anyway... thanks for the encouragement!!

Keep Movin!!

Taebo will help me with that. Also motivation from this group ;-)

Melynda,

Welcome to the group! I'm so glad you are giving tae-bo another

chance! You've come to the right place for support and

motivation....there's tons of that here :) I know that you can

achieve all of your goals! My little girl is almost 2 and I have

lost all my baby weight and actually look better now (thanks to tae-

bo I am much more defined) than I did before having her! It is

possible :) Just keep pushing play and I guarantee you'll reach all

of your goals (and then some)! I look forward to hearing more from

you :)
