Back at you, Mama Jo! I miss your wise advice and regular butt-kicking! I

have been having to retrain my family (although they are quite, quite spoiled

and don't even know it).

Hugs and blessings,

Ann

Okay, I'm seriously butting into your honeymoon (but it's for a good cause).

If I can't make the wedding (the financial thing) -- you have to find an hour

for me when you come to San Francisco! You'll be so close, I won't be able

to stand it. I'm only an hour from the City.

Champagne sounds like a wonderful color on you. A Catholic wedding, no less,

sweetie -- sweet is what you are and sweet you will look in your dress! I'm

so glad your family is going to fly to Dallas for the ceremony.

Do you have stars in your eyes? I KNOW you do -- I can " see " them in your

posts. I am so, so, so happy for you Kristy-girl!

Hugs and blessings,

Ann

It is wonderful to hear from you again Ann!

Your positive attitude and inspirational posts are very much missed

by us all! It sounds as though you are happy and that your life is

right on track as well, Good for you! I am sorry to hear about the

back pain, I can relate...I have been in tears all day with horrible

pain from my lower back all the way down to my thigh. Losing weight

HAS helped some, but I will never grow a new lung and the scoliosis

will never go away so I have to live with a new set of issues and

different types of pain than I did pre-op.

This surgery was a blessing but there are times when I wonder if I

will ever feel " normal " . I like Lee, have had days when I am

terrified of gaining it all back, and others when I wonder if I will

die a skeletal bag of skin and bones. But I thank God that I am alive

to fight this fight, I am extremely happy where I am right now, and I

hope that my war with obesity is over, even if there are still a few

minor skirmishes still to come along the way.

LOL, I am glad that someone else loves nuts the way I do! I have to

admit that some days they are the ONLY protein I get, but I eat them

in handfuls as well as in peanut butter, so I know I am still getting

plenty of protein!

I am so glad you decided to stop in and say hello! If we can;t make

ytou stay, I sure hope that you will continue to pop in from time to

time and update us on your life and leave us with some of your

refreshing and positive thoughts!

You have been missed!

Hugs!

Hi Cindee,

Isn't it the words that follow the but that are telling? I know about the

pain you speak of (I have severe kyphosis and scoliosis as well). I'm glad you

keep on keeping on. I am becoming fond of saying, " it is what it is... " and

then we go on.

I get so much from all of you here, although I had no idea how much I was

missing everyone until I came back. I guess no one understands quite the same

way.

Take care of yourself, Cindee, and say hi to Ray for me!

Hugs and blessings,

Ann

I love you, Pat! Just thinking about leaving again makes me teary-eyed.

Like I said, I feel like I have come home.

Oh Ann

Sorry you have been feeling so low, hope that you are starting to feel better now. It is terrible dealing with depression, so I hope that you have had some good support and guidance around you.

Sounds like you are on track with your fill. Be careful that you are not loosing too much too quickly tho! No more than 2kg a week, any more and it's a bit dangerous you know. But 3kg – congratulations. I hope you are feeling good with the new reinvigorated fill, makes a difference doesn't it?
