Question about eating Fenugreek seeds??

Hi. I sprout Fenugreek and I made Tea out of the seeds.

However, when I made the tea, most of the water was absorbed by the Fenugreek

seeds so what I have left is cooked Fenugreek.

I want to know if I can eat this (mix it in with my Quinoa). Just two

tablesppons or so.

I ask this because when I view youtube videos, I see them using the seeds and

just tossing them in the frying pan with other things and THEN stir frying them.

I have never seen anyone eat fenugreek as I'll show you in my video.

So if it's safe to eat it like a side dish, (I'd add some garlic and a dash of

olive oil).

I can do this right?

Ah, so it's okay to mix this with my Quinoa and have a side dish of Quinoa and
