Growing buckwheat and sunflower seeds

I would like some info as to growing buckwheat lettuce and sunflower greens.

It appears that I will need a tray setup.

I live alone now that my wife has passed so I have only one mouth to feed.

Would some of you offer your opinions of what I should purchase.

Others will give you first class info on lettuce and sunflower greens.

I'm still doing lettuce outside. Did sunflower in the 90's in Charlotte, NC,

on plastic trays (the kinds you find in Mcs -

It's all a learning experience!

Hello, -welcome! Here is a video I made of an easy way to make sunflower

greens-using nothing but a couple of yard sale pie plates and a couple of

spoonfuls of organic soil. Hope it helps.
