green powder

Peggy,

You know that green powder that you can buy for about $30 a can. I make my own.

I dehydrate and powder sprouts. I do not always have time to make fresh juice,

but I can make green water instantly. I make all sorts of things economically

that are quite expensive to buy premade. Such as sprouted granola. I am on the

road 14 hours a day and so dehydrating is a godsend. I am very limited on space

in the taxi, so I just take one mug and mix my drinks as I go along. I have a

bag of little ziplocks of things I can mix and match and make my time away from

home profitable to my health. I may even try dehydrating raw saurkraut to powder

and keep in my goodie bag now that it is too hot to take it fresh. Come to think

of it, there has to be a way to dehydrate beets, idea farm...Thank you

I am 50 years old, but I feel 21.

Suz
