Guest guest
I totally understand personal therapy, n. My birds and my art serve as that for me. Wish I could say the same for cooking and kitchen stuff, but I'm just as happy to have someone else provide the healthy fare as doing it myself. Thank Goodness I don't resort to processed short cuts, but I do try to maximize my time in the kitchen with healthy crockpot dishes, one pot dishes, and of course, sprouts!! T. It's a green/red/orange bell pepper dish with onions, celery, broccoli, tilapia, and shiratake noodles all mixed in together. However, we do not eat processed or 'boxed' foods - still stick with whole foods as much as possible, but definitely not sprouted grain muffins (even if you didn't make them yourself, n). > > Think I had a point here somewhere - oh yeah, would someone please volunteer to be a sprout and healthy food chef at my house . . . pleeeaaassse, LOL!!! > > Thea > > From: sproutpeople <mailto:sproutpeople%40yahoogroups.com> [mailto:sproutpeople <mailto:sproutpeople%40yahoogroups.com> ] On Behalf Of n Rollings, PhD > Sent: Monday, June 06, 2011 11:56 AM > To: sproutpeople <mailto:sproutpeople%40yahoogroups.com> > Subject: Re: News > > Oh ! > Ezekiel pasta!
