Now, please note that my children's ADHD mind-apples didn't fall far from their flighty mother's tree.. but I think I missed something about setting your intent for the day. I get that my negative eating habits, etc have the positive intent of making me face the fact that there are some very unhappy things in my life (ie. my marriage.. in a hubby broke my heart 7 years ago and has never even remotely taken it back)... What is setting your intention for the day? Is it " I intend to be good to myself by eating my 3 fruits, 5 veggies and listening to my hunger " kind of thing? (and I guess another question, not as silly, is ok.. now I know why I eat to numb myself.. how do I face it without havign a breakdown?!) Thanks!
