I have a 30 minute walk to work, and I usually listen during that

time, there's nothing to distract me and I can really engage. While I

was catching up with the backlog of podcasts I listened to about 2 a

week, and now that I am up to date I am listening to the new ones as

they come along, and also going back to earlier podcasts for some

reinforcement, so I'm still listening about twice a week.

hi lisa,

i listen on my daily walk with the old ipod ... i generally listen to each show

at least two times, usually three.  have the downloads and have listened to them

before going to bed ... while i always fall asleep listening to them, always

wake up with a 'bang' when they are over!  have done the worksheet from the

yahoo group files but haven't done much with it ... have been a big fan of

gratitude entries for a number of years so

just bought a journal yesterday at costco (wanted a smaller one so I could carry

it & hopefully use it more) am going to start using that for putting every thing

together vs. having some things on the computer, some at work, etc.

what about you?  what do you do?

Subject: How do you practice IOWL?

Just curious, how do you use IOWL? Is it something that you spend a

certain amount of time on per day? What is the setting for your

listening to the podcasts? How often do you journal? Have you added

extra " tools " that seem to enhance your journey? I would love to hear

about it.

Hi , and Happy Halloween all!

I listen at least 2 x a day. I have a 30 minute drive to work, so get

the morning started with an episode. Then sometimes on the way home

also. If I take a walk (something I've really been trying to make a

daily routine), I'm listening. I listen to a guided journey when I go

to bed-I really like the sound of 's voice putting me to sleep at

night.

Now, putting all of this into practice is another story! I find loads

of time to LISTEN, but then set very little time aside to PRACTICE. I

might be further along if I did more than listen, but I guess

listening is the first step, eh?
