Which Download Should I buy: Cravings, Sabatage or Appetite Adjuster?

Question: for those of you who have purchased any of the 3 downloads, which one

should I buy if I only buy one of them?

End the Cravings with a Compulsion Blow Out

Sabotage Self Sabotage!

Appetite Adjuster

I don't have a lot of cravings anymore, and I think my appetite is normal. I

feel I'm " cured " of these problems for the most part because of the lifestyle

that I've lived during the past 9 months, which cut out the cravings and most

overeating (and, of course, 's podcasts).

So, I'm thinking that the Sabatage Self Sabotage might help the most because I

still have a fear of my past yo-yo dieting. I don't know what happens in my

brain, but something changes and I go back to my old way of eating. I believe it

is because every time I've ever lost weight, I still saw overeating and eating

cake (or whatever) as a reward. But I no longer see that as a reward; I see it

as punishment, and I have no desire to punish myself. I want only good things

for myself.

But I still have the fear that I could go back. I feel like I'm a recovering

alcoholic who has 9 months sober, and I've decided that if I do go back to the

way I was, I'm going to join Overeaters Anonymous or something, because I will

do anything it takes to not go back, even if it means going to meetings every

week! I don't understand myself; why would I choose that lifestyle if I know

this one is better on every level, mentally and physically--I am so much happier

now.

I bought all three of them in the " bundle " . I enjoyed them all, what I

can remember of them as I am totally relaxed and out like a light by

the time she counts to 8 and then come back around at about 3 or 4 when

she counts back down to bring you back. But I find that with them all,

they are totally relaxing, especially after a stressful day. Remember

they are sort of a self-hypnosis thing, so I tend to listen to them

when I am lying in bed at night and use them to focus myself, turn my

racing mind off and fall asleep. I start with the Cavings one (as it

has a part one that requires you to write something down and focus on

before relaxing) then the Sabatage one, and finish with the appetite

one. Whether they have been useful or not is hard for me to say. I

never really had a " trigger food " but do have trigger behaviors which I

find have gotten " better " and I have learned to enjoy being hungry

(this is in the appetite one) but I do find that they are increadibly

useful in just calming me down. Does that help any?
