Guest guest
, you offered a serious question, and you have received some good and serious replies. I hope you will not be offended if I share something neither good or serious that I heard back in my seminary days. One good ol' boy from Kentucky put it in the form of syllogism: You cannot sin when you are asleep. Beer makes you sleepy. Therefore drink beer. The young gentleman hailed from what is called the Greater Cincinnati area that includes Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati is or was one of the three most well-known beer towns, the others being Milwaukee and St. Louis. Kippley Cincinnati OT: Reducing male libido Hello all,A priest friend of mine asked about the advisability of using Vitex (chasteberry) to lower male libido. This was in the context of discussing seminarians and the struggles regarding chaste celibacy. I am not informed about Vitex, and wondered if any of you would like to comment from either a medical or theological standpoint.
