Under " Food for Thought " there is a " Podcast " subforum - I will ask the site owner () to change the name to " IOWL discussion " or something like that. I know it is a diet website, but I had it put under the " Food for Thought " because this isn't about dieting, really.. But we will get a lot of supposed from the site owner.
