I'm using several different techniques but I think a lot of thanks (and truly immense gratitude) have to go to these amazing podcasts in addition to some wonderful Wayne Dyer audiobooks and some newfound EFT. Each time I attempt to diet I fail, so I decided that it was time to stop dieting and start making better choices. I also set my intention to do this easily, and enjoy my food choices. I haven't started exercising as I was in a car accident and the PT doesn't want me doing anything, lifting anything, etc. So this has all been actual weight loss due to food. This time, I spent a few days really writing out all my fears, feelings, and expectations about my weight, my actions in the past, what has worked and what hasn't...and this time it truly is easier! And no scary weight loss pills or food combinations, or removing something from my diet! I haven't had a binge, a sweet-tooth attack, or anything! So here we go! I'm getting married in 390 days and I want to weigh (at least) 80 pounds less than I do right now...so...wish me luck!
