I just remembered that my nada has NEVER liked chocolate. Scary, no? She can tolerate only milk chocolate, preferably Cadbury's Milk Chocolate, either the choc-covered cookies or a bar. But never ice cream, or dark chocolate bars, hot chocolate, or any of the thousands of other chocolate yummies that we can buy or bake. (Getting hungry just thinking about it). She is a fussy eater, and dark chocolate has a stronger (delicious) flavour. Could it also be the theobromine in it that gives her a rush, or some sort of chemical reaction in her already mixed-up brain? Afer all, one square of dark baking chocolate could kill a small dog. Could be the caffeine too, or the combination of both. Uh-oh. Is this denial? Okay, she doesn't like chocolate because she's nuts.

Guest guest
I wish someone would discover that chocolate is so bad for us that if we eat it more than once a week, we might drop off the perch. I have eaten chocolate all day today. I bought some lovely looking fudge at Garden Day, came home and discovered that they hadn't melted the chocolate properly in the preparation, so it has been tossed ~ waste of $5! But a saving off my big arse... But... I have since had a row of Cadbury Snack, as well as a row of Cadbury peppermint crisp... bugger!!!! Guest guest
Mel I just got an email from one of the managers wives (whose job I took over here 7 yrs ago) asking me when I was making the next chocolate order as she has been doing courses at Kimberleys in Leichhardt and is in the mode. I have a few people on my list now so looks like I have to buy and distribute another 25kg. Do you want me to get you a kilo - at least if you are going to eat the stuff, you might as well eat the best!! I'm stopping on the way home for chocolate mousse - all Nic's fault for telling me about this place and my fault for listening....
