What am I going to wear tonight?

I wrote this before the sad news of Brockie, but I will post it all the same.

Now I am going to the Opera House tonight to see Ben Folds with the SSO.

Is it okay to wear jeans there? I mean really, I should be able to wear whatever I like, it's a public place but I don't want to be barred entry LOL. I might have to pull rank (my great uncle was the Labor minister responsible for the opera house being built), surely that gives me some rights?
