So, I just found out a couple of days ago that I am pregnant. This

wasnt planned, although my boyfriend and I were planning on doing it in

a year or so- AFTER getting married and doing it right. We dont even

live together yet. So, this is pretty hectic.

I had been doing very well with the insideoutweightloss. I only found

it few weeks ago.

I just wonder if its okay for me to keep trying to lose weight. Ive

lost a few pounds and I'd like to lose about 10 more. I'm 27 yrs old,

5'7, and I currently weigh 155.

I recently bought a fitness ball too which I really like using for

excersize. I still want to do crunches and stuff, because I feel like

that should be fine during the first trimester. I feel like it might

even be good to try and get really fit, maybe it will help me in my

pregnancy. Then again, Im not sure if certain excersizes may be harmful

to the developement.

Anyway, if anyone has any knowledge on this I'd appreciate it. I

already have one child who is almost 6, but when I was pregnant with

him I gained a SERIOUS ammount of weight. I really dont want to let

that happen again.

The program has done way more for me than just trying to lose weight..I

almost feel that it was a blessing that I found it before I got

pregnant.Because I truly WANT to eat healthy now. I'm just not sure

how far I should go with the weight loss thing.

Oooopps Im rambling

Thanks
