,My new Steel Bow makes a slight 'abrasion type sound' when used. I got is just 3 weeks back. What could be the reason and how can it be rectified ? Cheers,SurojitTo: bullworkerclub Sent: Saturday, 30 April 2011 5:45 PMSubject: Re: Steel Bow Exercise Video

Yes, I found out how true the above was when I went to change out the white spring in my new Steel Bow to another with more resistance. For some reason I chose the black spring instead of the grey one and ended up with waaaaaay too much resistance. Then, when I went to REMOVE the black spring from the Bow to change to the grey, I had a most difficult time compressing it enough to do the change out! It took me several attempts, like around 10 or so, but I finally got it done. The grey spring has just enough resistance for where I am at now. :>)

For our computers it just needs to be the standard size. If you are able to read the disk, I think copying to a standard disk in Windows or Mac is really easy, nowadays you can probably just copy-paste and it will burn automatically if you have a blank DVD in the drive.

My first ISO7X had this, it appeared to be a little of the plastic flashing from the spring follower. I use a product called Jigaloo (no kidding, that's the name) on it and all my other Bullworker/Tensolator products, and it seems to smooth things out. Jigaloo is similar to WD40, but it safe on plastic. It smells like candy, and you can even use it to waterproof leather.

Hope this helps
