Guest guest
I tried it when I was a skinny. scrawny kid when I first got my green handle in the 70's. I thought I gave it a good go. Maybe it was that the results weren't fast enough for me. I don't remember. I also don't remember how long I gave it a try or why I stopped using it. Years later I picked it up from time to time and " felt " something and knew that it did some good and not to throw it out or anything. More recently been exercising to control diabetes so I'm in better overall shape when I picked it back up again. I " think " I may have run across a mention of the BW online while searching for other info on exercises. Don't remember that either. What I HAVE discovered this time is that I am getting a great workout and feel the results. I really should use it more regularly but I like to mix it up so much that I'm not sure I can bring myself to use the BW exclusively. BUT id DOES work!
