So, for all you DASHER's out there, I wanted to share that there is a completely natural turkey available from Diestel Turkey Ranch. I just got off the phone with them and they said that there is absolutely nothing added to their turkeys - basically, you get a turkey in a bag (no sodium, no nitrates, no preservatives, nothing hidden). While these turkeys are more expensive ($2.89/lb. at Raley's Grocery Stores - California . . . also found at Whole Foods) . . . it will help me enjoy a holiday without the dreaded consequences. Too me, it's worth it.
