Guest guest
How does everyone like those live tapes. I think it motivates me to have a different tape everyday. I only do the basic because I can not handle the advanced. I must try the advanced volume 4 that someone mentioned before. Input anyone............... Every time I receive a new tape I get super motivated (probably because it takes so much concentration to learn the new moves). Guest guest
ladyswan7-I love the live series. I'm on auto for both the live and advance series. I wouldn't give any of them away. There mine, all mine. ;-D In my opinion, AL#4 is the best one so far. You can't go wrong with this tape. It's pretty much perfect. is at his motivational best, the music is awesome and both sides are worked equally. Everyone is having so much fun in this tape. I also love the fact that the kicks and punching combos are shorter in duration. The kicks are also done at a slower pace, so your form is always perfect. I've said it before, but I always feel like a Tae Bo warrior when I'm done with this tape.

Guest guest
Hi from . I'm still trying to catch up on the old mail... Oh my goodness, -- are you doing okay? I'm so sorry about the DVT. Do you take aspirin or anticoagulants or anything or just sit and worry? That's terrible that you have to worry about your own health while dealing with your kids' issues. Please take care of yourself. How is doing? Hope all the pumpkins having asthma issues are doing better... Funny story: we're still supposed to let her have anything she wants to eat as she's still down two pounds. Now with this cold her appetite is gone... the ONLY thing she wants is the marshmallows from Lucky Charms cereal! I'm sort of horrified and embarrassed! Guest guest
--thank you, and know that i'm pryaing for you. I hope your unbelievable difficulties subside soon. may God hold you close to His heart. We are seeing another allergist, supposedly on the cutting edge of ped. allergy diagnosis and treatment. H'es also an immunologist, so hopefully he'll have some clue as the the interaction of Wesley's pid....we'lll see, so many immuno's are not well versed with pid's. The ENT is holding off from treating Wesley with abx....it makes me very nervous as it contradicts what our marvelous immuno. has instructed us to do . But he has made himself very available to me, so if wesely worsens, he'll act quickly. I just don't want to pave that road to pneumonia for Wesley...ANdrew, our middle one (not for long!) has been sicker than wes, more continuously in recent months than wes, which is not normal, so i think we may be very near to a pid diagnosis with him. seems to be holding his own, which is amazing, considering that they share a room!! Well, i hope you are all getting thru the winter, and that things are improving healthwise for all the pumpkins. Dale, what is the latest with Katy and her spotting?? Maurita, you know who i'm mom to!! ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! Guest guest
Hi Steph: Give your friend a link to get to the Stills web site by just typing the address into a message sent to her like this www.stillsdisease.org and all she has to do is click on the address and then put it in her favorites or bookmark it. If that doesn't work, have her send me an e-mail and I will send it to her. Love Y'as, Bob & Carole Hi Remember that person with Still's disease that heard about us from my husbands Ex. Well, she called us tonight. She is trying to get into the group. I sent her the address at Yahoo. Anyway, she is having trouble getting in and is thirsting for info. So I do have her address, so without breaking confidentiality, you experienced puter people, help. We all talked for a good 45 minutes. Was great! Ah and there is another person with Still's that grew up in our same area. We are going to try to get together. We both are from Seattle and the Edmonds area. (Growing up, as we live in the lovely podunk town of Snohomish now) Love, Steph

Guest guest
Hello Carmen: And as I said before, welcome to the Stilligans. Thank you for the Vitals you sent to me but I do need your date of birth(without the year if you desire)? Thanks again and take care now. Love Y'all Bob & Carole hi Hello, My name is Carmen and I have been reading the Digest for almost two months now. I sure enjoy it and find it so interesting and helpful for our condition. I've learned a lot and have written down things and taken them to my Rheumatologist to discuss with him. He's probably thinking how I've gotten so well informed all of a sudden. I was diagnosed with Stills in 1995 at the Mayo Clinic in Minn. I was so ill and my Rheumatologist then did not connect my illness with Stills and sent me there as the last hope. I didn't believe Mayo when they told me I had Stills as I had never heard of it. I still don't know anyone around here in Michigan that has it but I've e-mailed Patty in California who lives about an hour from me and I hope to get together with her when we go back home. I can't wait! This disease has so many branches and each one of you seem to be fighting a different symptom. I used to go into remission after a big flare but no more. I guess Stills is here to stay. I have tried almost every medication known and nothing has worked. My last try, Remicade, landed me in the hospital after one infusion for a few days so I discontinued it immediately. I am now waiting for a Rx number for Enbrel to see if that will help. That Enbrel company sure is slow in producing it. I've been on the waiting list since October. Maybe I'll get it for Christmas...... ) If anyone is on it and have had good results with it, I'd surely like to hear from you. I'd say my knees and shoulders are the most affected and the fatigue is something I can't believe. The only medication that I'm on now is 20mg of Prednisone. I can do things around the house for about fifteen minutes and then I have to rest for two hours. It took me over a week to decorate the inside of our house but it does look festive now and gives me joy to look at everything. I do dread when the time will come to put everything away. It will probably take me a week to do that! I've also noticed that a lot of you work. Where do you get the energy to do that ? I love to garden but those days seem to be over at the moment. I hope the Enbrel helps to let me bend and squat to get those darn weeds out of the flower beds...... ) I think I am supposed to give you my vitals...... )..... so here goes. Carmen Entin 718 Monarch Spring Lake, Michigan 49456 Diagnosed with Stills in 1995 pscarmen@... I wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope you catch Santa coming down the chimney. See if he has any Enbrel in his bag...... ) Fondly, Carmen

Guest guest
, School issues are the usual that most people would expect: Being bullied, called retarded, asked if I am deaf, asked if I am mute, asked if I can talk, pushed around, being ignored, being laughed at, and even sometimes being included by kids my age. ---------------------------------
Guest guest
Welcome, Sue! It's especially great to still love your job after so many years! I still love mine, and I've been a nurse for 22 years. Guest guest
Hi! So did OCD just sort of fade away for you? How did OCD affect you back then? My son, 15, has had mostly compulsions I think; well, lots of compulsions, but I think some thoughts/feelings too. He's obviously not very talkative about it! > > Hi, > > I am an undergraduate student and I am conducting research on OCD. I > used to have the condition when I was in my adolocent.
