Guest guest Posted October 14, 2011 Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 I know everyone is different, but how long does it take for Spiro to start working? What seems to be the general time frame? I began a small dosage and it had no effect. I just started yesterday taking 50 mg per day. Any guesses on how long it takes before I see better numbers? I do a low salt diet and eat only whole real food, nothing processed. My diastolic number isn't moving much. Thanks for your feedback! It is MUCH appreciated.
