Guest guest
I have been DASHing like crazy the past couple of weeks . . .bp has returned to being within norms (after eating out hovered around 168/110 for a week - and I felt terrible). However, last night I woke up with excruciating cramps on the back side of one arm (we'll add this one to the list of weird and unusual symptoms). Could cramps be caused by low salt? I can't imagine it was low k - don't have history of low k and eating high k/ low salt diet. 50yo w/f, labile bp, suspected early normokalemic pa, nocturia 1-3x (previously up to 5x), low platelets, elevated bili, elevated hhv-6 antibodies, mold exposure
