Guest guest
Iso-Motion one for the abs in a way if you have a exercise mat lay it on the floor and sit your self down with the steel bow light spring place your legs between the cables move the grips to one side position it wear comfortable near your ankles know lay back with your arms at your side slightly extended out palms down to balance your body know legs out expand them open enough to have tension on the bow so it will hold in place and slowly raise the legs up and down the holding the bow open with your legs if the bow expands to much try a higher tension spring you don't have to raise all the way up just to wear you can and slowly down again a variation on this depending on core strength would be vertical squat straight up but in a slow controlled method mind you it takes a fair core strength to carry out leg raises with the steelbow under tension but worth a try you could also try a rotation using your hips anyway just a idea i thought i would pass on!
