Guest guest
My husband had some pains when on one of the statins, but when he went on zetia for two weeks he got stabbing pains in his right side so bad we had to take him to the ER. Can you guess they could find no reason for it. My reason for it was the zetia. We stopped it that day. They checked the gall bladder and the kidney and the pancreas and anything else in that general area. One Dr. Said he thought it might be the shingles he had about 6 months prior acting up, and what would cause that? The zetia again because they can irritate the mylin (spelling) sheath of the nerves! Shingles is the nerve pain. I am so mad that I make these connections but not one intelligent Dr. Will even consider it. Susie
