Re: update on Rick/Everyone

We're all dancing around it. Dancing around the fact that there is a possibility that Rick may not make it. He may die. There you are, it's out there. Ok yes, we acknowledge that this is one possibility. However, has told us some news that we need to hold on to tightly with both hands... he was a bit more lucid today...

This is a GOOD THING people!!

What are we doing???? Are we giving up on Rick?? I didn't think so!!!

We're all scared. I'd be concerned if we weren't. But lets not let fear dominate our thoughts of Rick and OK?? We need to stay STRONG for them. We need to stay POSITIVE for them. They need that from us.

, if you're reading this. WE LOVE YOU HONEY. We're here for you honey. All our love, best wishes and prayers are with you and Rick everyday. We will not give up on Rick or you. Whatever you need, just say so.

Have em check his hormones and cns system better , if they don't figure it out I think you know what is going to happen . I just can't bring myself to type in the words , like it will make it more real .

I would never give up hope on Rick ....I am just feeling a small bit of the frustration that is probably feeling with the doctors not knowing what is wrong . I wish my hepatologist would hop on a plane and go take care of him and help find out what is up .

My sodium level dropped to 129 when I had to starve and not drink any water for my CT Scan and yes I felt like dog poo and needed a wheel chair but I was not hospitalized. Rick is not that far away and I just know he will be OK and make it as soon as they can stop these dang tests on him!

I wish mine would too! Do they contact other transplant teams across the country when they are stumped?

That's what I am hoping , they need to do everything in their power to get Rick well again .

, what you're feeling is so normal when someone we care about is so very sick. I remember feeling like I just wanted to shake some sense into Daryl's doctors when we were in a similar predicament. I'm sure wants to just scream with frustration. Perhaps if we, all of us, try to remember that the Doctors haven't given up yet, so neither can we, it may help us get through another day.

What's happening to Rick and is bringing home the mortality of us all and it's very, very scary.
