For those of you that might be having trouble...

I'm here for you if you need me. I'm in week 7 of the program andstill "loving every minute of it"!I wanted you all to know that even I have my frailties and weaknesses. Thatall of us have lives that this program doesn't fit into at first. It willYou'll learn how to do both at the same time. you'll get stronger willpowerand you'll go through some rough spots too. We all do. Get up! Brushyourself off and get back to business!I went snow skiing friday and took a terrible fall. head over heals , TWICE!My bindings were set to high because my weight has dropped and I didn't clickout as easily as my knee would have liked. I twisted my knee badly andbasically hurt all over. so I'm limping around for a day and then decide toget the stomache flu (or food poisoning) so now it's sunday and I am pukingmy guts out and I can't bend one leg (visual) at all and my husband comes inand says "So are you going to call this "Free Day?". Well it's funnynow....but the whole ordeal has got me wondering how the hell am I going todo cardio? and legs? I'm totally screwed, Right? Wrong!!!I'm very strong now and I do all the right things, ice and elavate the legand all. take all the vitamins and water, eat right. So heres Monday I doupper body (lite weight, at home) and This morning I get on my skiier and Ido my cardio. I lowered the tension so my knee wasn't stressed and I did itall! My problem was physical but I did my workouts I won! you can win too.No matter what don't let life beat you up and leave you just laying therefeeling sorry for ...whatever! This is your life and if you want this towork you have to go after it.Well "nough said. Get back to your program people... You'll be glad you did!Jen
