I have also been listening to more than one of day and had the urge to slow down tremendously or maybe even back up a bit. My bet is I am missing some things. (The mind is interesting and will only " take " so much at a time. If you bite off more than you can chew - it will let you know if you pay attention. Welcome and glad to meet you here!
