The specialist who did the surgery here in NZ has been collection information from us as part of on going research. One of the things that is coming out of the research is the following. Migraines are considerably reduced by the lap band, and in some gone forever. They are not sure why at this stage, but the research data they have been collecting is pointing in the change of hormone levels. Cheryl PS.
