Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone writes a success journal?? Has it helped you so far? I started doing that 2 days ago and I hope that I´ll keep doing it for some time because it distracts me from all the negative stuff I think about. Sometimes it is so hard to be in peace with yourself...and others. Love Ina
Guest guest
I just relistened to the success journal podcast. I keep sort of a catch-all IOWL journal, and a book for notes and exercises and such, but I haven't been keeping a success journal. Well, I will starting tonight. Tonight, I surprised myself. Short background, my mother is the type who lives by the credo " If I want it to get done and get it done right, I have to do it myself " , so none of us kids were truly taught how to keep house. I'm 46 years old and I'm really only learning now to cook anything more than eggplant parm. Well, my success today was that I not only roasted 2 chickens (one for dinner, one for picking apart and using in other recipes) and they came out TASTY and juicy, but I also made a quinoa, spinach and feta cheese side dish, instead of potatoes or pasta. And, over the last few days, I HAVE semi-organized my weight loss notebook that I mentioned before. Now, to find those little journals I bought...
